    The quality at the store on level 2 has dropped in the last 6 months, the portions in the Benton boxes are getting smaller and smaller. The staff at this store need to go and see the quality and portions at the store near kmart.
    The store near kmart is 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for quality, consistency and customer service.

    Terrible. This Sushi Sushi stand is embarrassing for the franchise! It is never fresh. We had a hair in the takeaway we received. We’ve given it a couple of chances now and can never go back. The staff are not even polite to the customers. They don’t care about their level of service or quality of food.

    Was really looking forward to getting food here but saw two of your staff go to the bathroom/toilet wearing their apron. Kinda gross considering it’s suppose to be a barrier between your clothes and the food you serve

    Doesn’t even greet you properly, passive aggressive, just threw the sushi over the counter. It’s not hard to smile either.

    The staff were wonderful and understanding. Service is also very fast. One of my favourite stores at Fountain Gate.
