  Bought the vanity and mirrors online. I am based in Brisbane. Had a phone call from the team to tell me that the vanity mirror and vanity unit are not the same timber colour, will not match. Roz (I think that is the lovely lady's name) recommended that I get the white. Fantastic customer service. Roz says they've noticed the order and wanted to make sure that I am aware that the colours are different, and they didn't want to send a product to Brisbane and not be suitable. I am very grateful that the team has rung me about this. Received the products. Perfect condition. Thankyou so much Bathware Direct team!

  Amazing customer service. I was in a tight spot so they arranged for me to pick up directly from the supplier the next day, resulting in a happy builder :)

  Purchased everything online site unseen. The products arrived extremely fast and well packaged. One item was missing something in the box, and the customer service was very prompt and sent the missing piece right away. I would highly recommend purchasing from them and will be telling my family and friends to do the same.

  3 years later and the kitchen swiviel tap we purchased from Bathware Direct is still going strong. No leaks, no issues just top quality New Zealand manufactured tapware! Competitively priced products, highly recommend this place.

  Me and my wife we very impressed with the service provided by the Bathware Direct team. As soon as we entered the showroom we were immediately greeted and welcomed by the wonderful Logan. He made our trip down their well worth it and made the process a breeze for us. I would definitely be shopping with them again. :)

  Thank you for the prompt and efficient service. I am at present getting together the fixtures and fittings for my bathroom renovation which will take place in October. The products that I have already purchased are of good quality and look good. I am looking forward to purchasing more products from you. Well done. I have had the pleasure to purchase several more items from Bathware Direct and the service and prompt delivery and follow up was great, I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. I still have a few more items to purchase and I will definitely be using Bathware direct for them. Thank you Bathwaredirect, I have now completed my order and have all of the items that I need to refurbish our bathroom. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, they are efficient, helpful, courteous and very prompt with dispatching there orders, and very cheap in there pricing. I live in Tasmania and some of the items I required were cheaper to buy and have them shipped over than buy them here. Well done.
