    We have two late model Mazda’s that we service here; one which we purchased new from another dealer and one purchased new from Berwick. The customer service experience end to end with Berwick Mazda is faultless and hence both cars come here for their regular services. The sales staff aren’t pushy, they know their product and they stand by it. There is no “beware: car dealer” feel. The service department are nothing but friendly and helpful. They set realistic expectations and deliver on their promises.
    I recommend Berwick Mazda for anyone wanting a pressure-free, seamless, sales & service experience.

    Bought a Mazda 2 Sp25 Astina from these guys a couple of weeks ago! ROB was fantastic to deal with very helpful. The whole experience was fantastic and the car was exactly the way rob described It. The teams knowledge on Mazda Vehicles alone was fantastic and reassuring when dealing with purchasing a car.
    Thanks guys I'll definitely be back when its time to upgrade again!

    I went and had a look at the Mazda CX-5. The young salesman Josh was THE most arrogant person I've met in at least a year. He was chatting to an existing customer (who was already with another salesman) whilst 'showing' my partner and I the car. I had to ask the questions with him replying in single answers; yes, no. Isn't that your job? As a salesman? Inform the potential buyers of the features?
    I presume because I informed him that we had a deposit on another car (which was a non binding contract with numerous exit clauses) why he was beyond rude and presented such poor service. So rude that he didn't even call me back the very next day in the morning for a test drive, which he said he'd do.
    I'm sure it's a decent dealership, but stay away from him. You're not working for Mercedes or BMW mate.

    I brought a Mazda CX-3 in April my experience keeps getting better and better. When purchasing the car all staff were highly educated, friendly and helpful. I received follow-up phone calls asking if I had any questions about the car and if I was enjoying it. Today I went in for my 10,000 kilometre service. Maria in the service department was exceptional she explained everything they had done in the service. I even got my car washed and vacuumed! I left feeling like I was in the safest hands driving away in my Mazda CX-3. Thank you for always providing a 10/10 service. Would highly recommend going to Berwick Mazda.

    Bought a used Mazda 3 at Berwick Mazda last week. Rob made the experience of buying the car such a pleasant one with his politeness. All formalities of purchasing the car was very well taken care and I as a customer had a very pleasurable experience. Kudos to the customer care and hospitality shown. Thanks Rob!

    Service centre is awful ! Can I rate this service centre with a zero or perhaps minus one star ? ! For one year I was insisting that the break system of my CX-5 has a problem and they ignored me everytime ! They even gave me a note in writing that they checked the break system and they did NOT notice any vibration ! So finally I decided to take the car to KMART (YES, KMART), where they diagnosed that the break pad is so bad in a way that it has contaminated the DISK rotors. So had to change the pad and the disk . Ps. my car is still under warranty ! When I take the car back to Mazda and ask why you did not notice this at the first instance they only say sorry !! They did not accept the fact that this happened due to their ignorance ! They did not accept to fix this under warranty either ! $1,100 damages (in part only) due to ignorance of staff at this dealership ! NEVER EVER GO THERE !

    The response from the manager under my review is the funniest thing ever on this planet ! The manager/owner himself refused all this ! Now he writes a response on the internet! Rip off business ! unethical dodgy people ! Everything done as a show off !!
