  At first, everything was up to the standard, the sale presentative was very helpful and trusting but once I made the 5% deposit for the land....calls and questions are ignored......At one stage, I asked about the problem in the signed contract that caused a big delay on the builder side.....they simply told me "sorry nothing we can do to help, you are own your own....." what the hell is that !!! they made the mistake in the contract and told me to deal with it myself.......Not only that, the land price is a problem as well, I have been advised that the land at Mt Atkinson is overpriced.........and it turned out to be true.....ended up spending more than 30k cover the shortfall...The experience so far with this estate is just HORRENDOUS!!!

  We have recently settled for a lot in Mt Atkinson, and I can say my experience has been so delightful that I am recommending all my family and friends to buy here. Lucy O'Brien the Sales Representative, has been so professional and helpful that I can't thank her enough. We had some finance delays because of COVID-19 affects, which Stockland understood and granted us extension without any penalty.
  In addition, a well thought out master plan with beautiful streets and boulevards, schools, Westfield SC and open areas make it a really good estate to invest or live in. An active train line passing through the estate (on which the future Mt Atkinson station will be built) and a direct access to the Western freeway make this estate even more greater connectivity and location wise.

  The sales team is the best I came across ever. They are very helpfull knowledgeable and bend backwards to help you resolve any issues.

  I think the sales people need to be trained how to serve customers. They are not attentive, and had the impression that they just wanted to do what they were doing on their computer. Unprofessional with their answers on a simple question to a potential buyer by answering "the town centre would have everything you need". I was more interested in how big and what kind of town centre will it look like.

  Will be a good estate in a few years. Still in its infancy however. Many things are planned like a large Westfield shopping centre and a very large business park. At the moment there is one park already open with more to come. Streets look clean and tidy with the usual builders litter here and there.
