- Jose Hernandez Added July 17, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I used Mooval to move my one bedroom unit. I must say, these guys provided the worst moving experience I ever had. They started 2-1/2 hours late. I had a brand new Fridge, which I made them aware. They were throwing my furniture from the balcony "it was faster that way" they said. I asked to stop and started to check what they were doing. As soon as they entered with the Fridge I spotted two dents, which they acknowledge and in aggressive manner said " You can report it if you want". I reported the incident, sent photos, and guess what.. 7 weeks later and no answer at all.
The most unprofessional people I have to deal with and I have moved a few times in last 14 years. No, I don’t recommend them to anybody.
