  Every time I've gone into this place over the years it is always the same kind of poor customer service. The staff always look miserable, no one ever smiles, always feel a sense of tension there. One time I went in to ask a question about a camera I had an issue with, because I wasn't buying at the time I was made to feel as though I was wasting his time. I came back years later dropped off that camera, waited 10 mins to get served, there was one guy on the floor serving and one guy on the computer ignoring me. Finally got served by a girl who came from the back. Today I picked up the photos that were developed, again poor customer service but this time from a lady with reddish hair, no smiling, was made to feel like I disturbed her.. I don't know what's going on in that place but if you don't like your job, find something else where you'll be happy and not take your I hate my job attitude out on your customers, they pay your wages.

  Too expensive over 40% higher prices that other reputable and genuine stores. Not to mention their price matching is a scam. They refused to price match with a legitimate store in Melbourne. And the manager was so rude to me for no reason. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and I will never step into Ted's or even consider buying from there ever again. That is how you lose customers.
