    Friendly, welcoming place. As a beginner the coaches have been very encouraging and helpful in all the movements. Very supportive box and a great group of people, class times are good too

    Best thing I could have ever done for myself is to join the CrossFit community 8 weeks, sad I didn’t joined earlier, but it’s never too later to start a healthy & strong journey. On my first day I was amazed to how Anthea(one of the couch) was so attentive, friendly & helpful towards me... I was like wow I’m definitely coming back. XFC Powerhouse is a very friendly place to be - great people to train with & best coaches ever. Go us

    So very happy I made the change. I have never felt happier and stronger within my self since joining. The staff here are so welcoming and helpful, and they really know there stuff. I highly recommend xfc powerhouse you won't be disappointed.

    Went to my first class 7 months ago, immediately signed up.. by far one of the best decisions I've ever made. This is the fittest and strongest I've ever been in my life. The coaches are knowledgable, friendly and super supportive. I love the environment and look forward to training every night as it is my favourite part of the day. Have recommend family members and friends to join which all have after their first few classes!!
