  Cramped and impossible to not feel overwhelmed whilst walking through the tiny amount of space they give you between aisles. Besides that, they have a good range of products and affordable prices, Ive never had any problems with the staff or anything. Your better off doing a click and collect and running out of there instead of getting crushed in the poorly designed interior.

  This has to be the worst Chemist warehouse I have ever been to, people work there obviously love their job specially those behind the medicine prescription counter. Judging by many bad reviews already been posted, I doubt anything is going to change, but I am going to write my experience anyway.
  
  Arrived about 10 minutes before my booster shot appointment time, standing at the prescription collection area waiting, waiting, finally asked a walking by staff & was told I had to let the pharmacist know, so walked to the other side of the prescription (drop off) area, waiting, waiting again, still no staff came as if I was invisible, finally I had to call out to the pharmacist behind the counter, she confirmed my name, then pointed to her left & mutted " wait there", think the correct sentence " please take a seat over there, I will be with you shortly" must got lost in her voice box.
  
  Finally she was ready for my shot, but the whole time as if she was trying to rest her voice by talking as little as possible, mutted" your ID", replied "yes it will be in Medicare" impatiently before I can even finish asking my question about the vaccine record, finally its done, she said" wait outside for 5 to 10 minutes, then you can go".
  
  I would thought "care factor" is a huge part been a Health care professional, obviously this pharmacist missed that crucial part, sucks at her job.
  
  People do yourself a favour, don't go there & have your day ruined by such unpleasantness.

  Security lady absolutely violated me. Walk in and out of the store. Showed the security my bag she put her hands in my bag and touched all my belongings. She found a bottle of fake tan and instantly accused me of stealing it. I told her to check the cameras. She made one of the workers check the cameras and I was innocent as I knew I was. Whole experience took around 20minutes. She was very rough and rude. At one point she physically touched me and pushed me to the side. Made me feel very violated and uncomfortable. Will never be coming back. Had other costumers come up to me after experience asking if I was ok and that she shouldn’t have done that. Happened on 20/3 at around 3:30.

  To walk to the back of the store for prescriptions is hella annoying. The isles are so narrow to walk through. This is a busy chemist as well so lines are long.
