    Service is terrible, this is my first baby and as a new mum to be it is very overwhelming trying to figure out what i need to do. I would never recommend going to this place felt like an idiot when it was finished.

    Extremely happy with the courteous people working here. Genuinely friendly and service oriented and very respectful. Person performing the procedure knew what she was doing

    We're expecting our third child and this was our third ultrasound. Compared with the previous two, this experience was horrible. The desk staff were great - however the sonographer was extremely rude, approaching hostile. Her terrible people skills soured what is normally a very happy event.

    Phones are sill an issue, no call waiting, which would change the game. A bit hard to identify the actual location, not enough signage. People from other labs around directed me to the location.

    Reception initially was doubtful.

    BUT EVERYTHING AFTER THAT WAS amazing, very good service after registration.
    Excellent and very good process, very accommodating.

    Diagnosed issues even that was very difficult to identify. Out of prescription, very thorough.

    Even had a breakfast pack delivered after the process.

    Would recommend any time.
