  My experience with them was amazing. My hair was completely ruined by another salon in Canberra. I wanted a light brown but it somehow turned orange and they did the balayage horribly. It was so terrible that I was worried that the only way to fix it would be to dye it black. Came here and they managed to fit me in their tight schedule and I am so grateful because they fixed my hair perfectly. I love what my hair looks like right now. It looks even better than what I thought would’ve been feasible. I sincerely am already planning another trip to Melbourne just so I can come get my hair done here again. My one problem with this salon is that I’m genuinely worried I’ll never be satisfied with another salon after having my hair done here.

  New salon for me, was very impressed Teressa styled my hair well above any expectations I had, left feeling like a new woman. The attention to detail is amazing and i cannot wait for my next visit!

  Hairdresser Tom nice and chatty, however his styling skills were terrible I kept telling him my haircut was not the same as the photo I provided and that it needed more styling but he kept insisting I had more hair than the model in the photo, err thats because he didn't cut it!!! I wanted short layered style came out with basically short bob!! $100 later not happy,
  Would not go back and definitely not for a restyle!! As hairdressers go a piss poor performance

  They have been fantastic and I wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Teressa did my hair colour and it was exactly what I wanted. She was very professional and also followed all covid regulations. The place was extremely clean and I highly recommend anyone thinking of getting their hair done! Well done and keep up the great work!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE. Attended the salon for a wash and blow wave for the first time. The hairdresser was very unknowledgeable and slow. I explained in detail what kind of blow wave I was after and showed a photo of what I wanted. The hairdresser started to blow wave my hair and then curled it with a straighter and I assumed she knew what she was doing, however the end result was completely different to what I had asked for not was it done to a professional level. When I called the next day and explained to the owner of the salon, I was advised that the hairdresser had an arm injury and was unable to blow wave my hair properly. If that was the case then I should have told about that and booked with someone else. I advised I would like to come in again and have my hair redone to how I would like it. Theresa booked me in and when I confirmed that there won’t be a charge she advised no there will be a charge. She was not apologetic whatsoever ever and did not care about the situation. Not only was my hair styled completely different to what I wanted, it was also styled very poorly.
